Mike Bateman has more than 40 years of experience in senior management roles in high-technology companies. Most recently he served as chairman of Blue Pumpkin, a leading workforce optimization software provider. Previously, Bateman was Vice President of Corporate Development at Tandem Computers. For more than 20 years, he filled key executive positions at Tandem, including Vice President of third-party marketing, and Vice President and General Manager of Tandem's Central Division. Bateman was President of International Data Sciences Corporation, and performed management duties for Arthur Andersen & Co. He is Chairman of Boniva, eBoomerang, and Metrics Corporation, and on the board of directors of Vocent and the Silicon Valley chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth.
